Erwin Lasshofer
Erwin Lasshofer is an Austrian citizen, born in 1970, who graduated Grammar School with distinction and started to study Theory and Methodology of Economic Studies in Linz, Austria in 1990. Having worked for a listed investment-company as area manager for western Austria, northern Italy and southern Germany until 1994, he left the company to pursue independent employment in the areas of project financing, management and development and gained experience as an advisor to and manager of assets with a network to institutions, asset managers and private investors mainly in Europe and Asia. In 2002 he initiated the first Private Placement.
Erwin Lasshofer is the Chief Executive Officer and sole beneficial owner of INNOVATIS GmbH and is a member on the board of other companies within and related to the INNOVATIS Group of Companies. INNOVATIS is an established global asset manager and advisor with operations around the world.
Robert de Lange
Robert de Lange was born in Pretoria, South Africa in 1963. He studied B-Iuris at the University of South Africa in 1983 and has been employed within the Department of Justice until 1988. Since than he worked at Trust Bank Legal Department and eventually become a relationship officer in corporate financing until 1999.
Thereafter he worked as an External Portfolio manager for financial institutions throughout Europe. Robert de Lange is a member on the board of companies within and related to the INNOVATIS Group of Companies.
Keith Wotherspoon
Keith Wotherspoon is a UK Citizen born 1960. He studied at bacon college, London. Working in the city of London he was employed by a number of institutions in the areas of Stock broking/ Stock Jobbing with Pinchin Denny and Chase Manhattan, Financial Futures and Options Trading on L.I.F.F.E with Butler Harlow and Citibank and Bond broking with Cantor Fitzgerald and Liberty.
In 1998, Keith Wotherspoon left the United Kingdom to pursue independent employment in Asia specializing in all areas of Project funding, Asset management and Advisory services to institutions and high net worth individuals.
Bryan Gauson
Bryan Gauson is a UK Citizen, born in 1954. He graduated from Napier University Edinburgh in Business Studies. He started with Prudential and later moved on to legal and general, he then moved into a position of compliance officer with leading banks and brokerage houses.
Bryan Gauson later went independent in 2001 acting as compliance and investment advisor with an Asset Management group in Asia. His specializations were in share advisory services, asset management and services to accredited investors along with white labelling products for institutions.
